Executive - Cafeteria Management

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day canteen and kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food service for employees

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, safety and overall service standards

• Coordinate menu planning, raw material requisition, inventory control and wastage management

• Supervise kitchen/canteen staff and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for smooth operations

• Handle employee feedback and take necessary initiatives for continuous improvement of canteen service

Job Site: Eskayef Tongi Plant

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Minimum Bachelor`s degree from a reputed university

• Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Hotel Management or related field will be an added advantage

• Age At least 25 years

• At least 5 years` experience in managing large-scale canteen, cafeteria, institutional catering, hotel/restaurant, food service operation, or factory/plant canteen operation
