Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day canteen and kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food service for employees
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, safety and overall service standards
Coordinate menu planning, raw material requisition, inventory control and wastage management
Supervise kitchen/canteen staff and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for smooth operations
Handle employee feedback and take necessary initiatives for continuous improvement of canteen service
Job Site: Eskayef Tongi Plant
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Education
Minimum Bachelor`s degree from a reputed university
Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Hotel Management or related field will be an added advantage
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
At least 5 years` experience in managing large-scale canteen, cafeteria, institutional catering, hotel/restaurant, food service operation, or factory/plant canteen operation
