Job Description

We are looking an Sr.Executive, Legal & Land Officer for the Legal & Land Department, who will Support our Corporate Affairs, Legal & Land issues—physical and legal assessment of Real estate and land-related matters:

  • Flat and Land Registration issue. Company Legal Issue. Land Paper and Documentation. Other Related Tasks assigned by Management.

  • Proven track record in handling complex legal issues, including litigation and contract negotiations.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Understand and interpret legal documents like; Bi-lateral & Multi-lateral Agreements, Deed of Agreement, MOU, Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Legal Notice both domestic & international perspective etc.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. Manage, supervise, and oversee land doc vetting, registration, and mutation.

  • Communication with Land Office.Registration of deed of sale, power of attorney, deed of agreement for sale mortgage deed and other registration of the documents.Dealing legal disputes over land purchases and Land POA.

  • Draft Agreements, MOU, GD, POA, Undertakings, Legal Notice & Board notice; review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.

  • Drafting correspondence with Land Owner or client regarding Project or Apartment Issue.

  • Must Have Bar Council Licence (Advocate).

Experience

  • At least 5 years

Education

    • Master of Law (LLM)

Bar Council Licence.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 50 years
