Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Manager-Transport Pool & Audit”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Plan and execute systematic fleet reviews- covering trucks, covered vans, jeeps, cars, etc. including the assessment of maintenance records.

• Review transport operations as per company regulations (e.g., Driver OT, night allowance, delivery schedule, point of delivery, vehicle movement tracking)

• Verify and analyze bills, vouchers, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations

• Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently

• Ensure servicing schedule of the vehicles are strictly followed.

• Oversee renewal of Tax Token/Fitness/Insurance of all vehicles as well as registration works of new vehicle

• Liaison with external agencies, including police, municipalities, corporations, and repair workshops, and coordinate with transport providers to ensure efficient vehicle management.

• Prepare detailed analytical reports and audit documentation for management review purpose.

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

• Bachelor in any discipline from a reputed university

• Age At least 29 years

• Minimum 12 years experience in transport operations at a reputed company with at least 03 years experience in similar role
