Production Operations Officer

1. Should have excellent knowledge on production process of RMG.

2. Ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations in line with production and repackaging plans.

3. Support timely completion of production, packaging, and dispatch schedules.

4. Maintain accurate operational records, inventory data, and compliance documentation.

5. Monitor production and packaging activities to ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.

6. Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for factory operations.

7. Maintain operational records, production logs, inventory reports, and compliance documentation.

8. Assist in identifying operational improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.

9. Supervise factory workers and contract labor to ensure discipline, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for the Factory Head.

11. Should have excellent speaking fluency in english.

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

• Age 24 to 40 years
