Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing
Job Description
Executive/Sr. Executive in the following division of B-ADVANCY Certification Ltd:
B-ADVANCY Certification (ISO, Textile & Food)
B-ADVANCY Cyber Security ( VAPT, PCI DSS, SOC 2, CMMI)
B-ADVANCY Learning Academy ( ISO, Six Sigma, HSE & ESG)
B-ADVANCY Sustainability ( GHG, Carbon Credit, SBTI, GRI)
The key Job responsibilities will be:
· Explore market, make Calls, visit & meet new clients and respond to queries from potential clients and convert into sales revenue. Demonstrate Management system & product Certification/Cybersecurity/ ESG & Sustainability/Learning Development Training Services.
· Build Contacts with potential clients, trade body to create new business opportunities.
· Maintain Good knowledge on all services rendered by the B-ADVANCY in Bangladesh.
· Handle and manage key customers through physical visit/on call meeting & successful sales call.
· To maintain professional relationship with customers through rapport building.
· Identify new market segments and introduce B-ADVANCY’s services to potential new customers through seminar, webinar business meeting and participating in event.
· Preparing market analysis report and suggesting action plan based on competitor activities.
· Prepare and sending proposals & contract to clients based on their requirements.
· Follow-up with the quotation/ sales lead and achieve for successful contract signing/getting work order or PO.
· Tracking the proposals status, monthly lead and potential client communicationstatus on regular basis.
· To maintain customer database (new & potential) and communication record (phone call & visit) on daily basis.
· Achieve the individual monthly sales target & KPI’s.
· Assist top management on negotiating pricing, market competiveness.
· Prepare Business win lost analysis.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Development Agency, Multinational Companies, Consulting Firms, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance, Call Center, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 years
1 to 3 years of experience in ISO & product Certification/Cybersecurity/ESG & Sustainability/Corporate Training/Consulting Sales.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Good hands on MS Office and Presentation
Hands on preparing Proposals.
Exposure to markets/industry Like Manufacturing, Textile, Food & Power, construction, IT & software, Bank & finance, insurance, healthcare etc.
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
