National Sales Manager (NSM)

Item : Electronics – TV, Fridge, Home Appliance & Kitchen Appliance

(TV, Fridge, AC, Rice Cooker, Blender, Gas stove, Induction Cooker, Pressure Cooker, Air fryer, Kettle, Iron, Micro Oven, Electric Oven and other Home appliances)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring and supervising the regular activities.

• Monitor the activities of distributor and Dealer.

• Responsible for primary lifting & secondary sales.

• Regular reporting to Manager.

• Forecasting for the future based on market analysis.

• Ensure sales distribution which is carried out company`s objects.

• Manage Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers and departmental stores to achieve the goal.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plan and monitored properly to achieve the sales target.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At least 40 years

• At least 10 year(s) must be work on create Dealer Network for group sales

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing (TV, Fridge, AC, HOME APPLIANCE & KITCHEN APPLIANCE)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronics Industry

• Minimum 10 years of experiences similar position.

• Good communication & presentation skill both in English and Bangla

• Problem solving & analytical ability.

• Ready to work under pressure

• Well conversant with MS Office

• As per company policy
