Project Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Civil Engineer to oversee residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring quality construction, timely execution, and compliance with approved designs and standards.

Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka-1230

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and site operations.

• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.

• Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, bills, MB, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.

• Monitor project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Ensure quality control, material inspection, and site safety compliance.

• Resolve on-site engineering issues and manage manpower effectively.

• Prepare work programs and maintain engineering records.

• Possess knowledge of residential interior design and finishing works.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, ERP, and MS Office with strong leadership and communication skills.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proficient in detailed measurements, working drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations.

• Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and team coordination.

• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
