Job Description
We are looking for a smart, honest, and hardworking Office Administrator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Data entry and typing on computer
Filing and maintaining office records
Sending and replying to emails
Uploading and sharing documents
Organizing digital files and office documentation
Assisting with daily administrative tasks
Working Hours:
April–October: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
October–April: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Overseas Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing, Web Media/Blog
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 22 years
- Only Male
Good English reading, speaking and writing skills
Good computer typing skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF and Email
Able to upload and manage documents online
Honest, responsible, punctual and willing to learn
Previous office experience will be an advantage
Educational qualification is important if you have good skills and experience.
