Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team.

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Conduct client meetings and follow-ups

• Develop corporate clients and business relationships

• Generate leads and execute real estate marketing strategies

• Motivate team members and prepare sales reports

• MBA/ Master's in any discipline.

• Experience: 7- 8 years of experience in Real Estate / Land Sales & Marketing
