Job Location : Any area within Dhaka Division

Responsibilities

• Working in teams at highly populated public areas such as Metro Rail platforms, large markets, bus stands, fairs, railway stations, and shopping malls.
• Selling Chhaya Digital Health Insurance service packages by communicating directly with customers.
• Achieving daily sales targets.
• Collecting information from interested customers and completing registrations via the app.
• Providing daily reports on sales and activities.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup

• SSC
• HSC

• Age At least 24 years

• Shift: Day Shift

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a smartphone is mandatory.

• Mindset: Interest and patience for direct sales work.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a confident attitude.

• Adaptability: Mental readiness to work in outdoor environments.

• Experience: * Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Preference will be given to those with experience in Sales, Customer Service, Field Sales, Marketing, or the Insurance sector.

• Basic Salary: BDT 13,100/- (Fixed).

• Sales Commission: Ranging from BDT 5,000/- to BDT 20,000/-+
