Role Overview

We are looking for a competent and proactive Executive - IT to join our team. Your core focus will be System Support—ensuring that our hardware, network infrastructure, enterprise applications, and security platforms remain reliable, secure, and fully optimized for daily business activities.

Job Description

• Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical assistance for laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripheral devices.

• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain user operating systems, desktop applications, and corporate hardware assets.

• Network & Connectivity: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and ongoing internet connectivity.

• Active Directory Management: Manage and maintain the corporate Active Directory server, handling end-user Active Directory support workflows.

• User Support: Assist end-users with standard MS Office tools, enterprise email systems, and corporate applications.

• Data Protection: Manage secure backup solutions for company laptops, desktops, and dedicated servers to prevent data loss. Guide staff on accessing shared data volumes and proper storage practices.

• Endpoint Security: Deploy and manage endpoint security configurations to safeguard user environments.

• Asset Tracking: Maintain and audit the IT inventory management system and company asset lists.

• Routine Infrastructure Upkeep: Conduct regular preventative maintenance, verify system backups, and apply critical updates across enterprise IT systems.

• IP Systems Support: Manage and support IP-based organizational networks including CCTV, IP phones, conference systems, and digital door access control platforms.

Requirements

• Experience Required: 2 to 5 years of practical IT support experience.

• Mandatory Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT, ICT, or a closely related technical field.

Competency Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge of computer hardware architecture alongside troubleshooting and hardware maintenance routines.

• Solid grasp of core networking hardware, specifically managed switches, routers, and corporate Access Points (APs).

• Practical familiarity working within Active Directory environments and setting up email configurations.

• Working familiarity with standard endpoint security platforms, including antivirus packages and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) tools.

• Comfortable handling a multi-OS environment containing Windows, Linux, and macOS alongside fundamental network protocols.

• Professional Certifications: Industry-standard training or credentials (e.g., CCNA, MTCNA, or CompTIA A+) will be treated as a valuable plus.
