Territory Officer
Job Description
The territory position is responsible for planning the respective territory budget, ensuring budgeted sales achievement, credit recovery, and implementing field promotional activities.
Prepare segment and product-wise territory sales budget
Achieve 100% sales budget of the responsible territory
Ensure the collection of 100% customer due of the territory
Appointment customer in the territory as per company policy
Prepare customer category based on the business prospect
Self-drive day-to-day activities for intended sales results
Efficiently handle field problems and maintain a good rapport with customers and end users
Execute all field promotional activities effectively and successfully i.e., farmer's meeting, retailer meeting, DAE meeting, etc.
Prepare periodical sales, collection, and credit reports
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Education
Diploma or BSc in Agriculture.
A bachelor degree/ Master’s degree from a reputed university with a proven work experience may also apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
Outgoing and service-oriented personality.
Capacity of handling field claim.
Can do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
