Junior Associate - Customer Support (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers via email, phone & web chat channels
- Answer inquiries, resolve issues & provide guidance to customers
- Review documents & certificates as part of onboarding process
- Using customized CRM platforms for inbound & outbound inquiries
- Attend daily, weekly & monthly team meetings with supervisor & client
Working schedule:
- Night shift (BD time 7PM – 3AM)
- 6 days/ week working on a team roster for weekend
- Annual leave entitlement
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 32 years
- Minimum one year prior work experience in customer support services with international clients (prior call center experience will be considered an added advantage)
- Excellent written & spoken English language
- Hardworking, tech-savvy, team-player, quick learner, positive attitude, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
