Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers via email, phone & web chat channels
  • Answer inquiries, resolve issues & provide guidance to customers
  • Review documents & certificates as part of onboarding process
  • Using customized CRM platforms for inbound & outbound inquiries
  • Attend daily, weekly & monthly team meetings with supervisor & client

Working schedule:

  • Night shift (BD time 7PM – 3AM)
  • 6 days/ week working on a team roster for weekend
  • Annual leave entitlement

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 32 years
  • Minimum one year prior work experience in customer support services with international clients (prior call center experience will be considered an added advantage)
  • Excellent written & spoken English language
  • Hardworking, tech-savvy, team-player, quick learner, positive attitude, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
