Job Description
Oversee and manage all daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of all office employees.
Maintain office discipline, attendance records, and employee performance monitoring.
Organize, maintain, and manage company documents, files, and administrative records.
Ensure proper communication and coordination among different departments.
Monitor office resources, equipment, and supplies, and arrange procurement when necessary.
Prepare administrative reports and submit updates to management.
Assist management in implementing company policies and procedures.
Handle employee concerns and support a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure that all office activities are conducted professionally and in compliance with company standards.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
Experience

Retired Police Officer, Armed Forces Personnel, or candidates with experience in administration, security, or organizational management will be given preference.Strong leadership, discipline, and team management skills.Proven ability to maintain office operations, employee supervision, and administrative control.Capable of handling sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity.
