Office Executive
Job Description
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Maintain office documents, records, reports, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other official documentation.
Support HR, Admin, Commercial, Procurement, Accounts, Supply Chain, and other departments as required by the assign management.
Communicate and follow up with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders when necessary.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
BBA, MBA, or equivalent degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
- Only Male
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Willingness to learn and work across different functional departments.
Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary: Executive: 15000/- to 17000/- (Monthly).
Compensation & Other Benefits:
2 (Two) festival bonus.
