Digital Marketing Sr. Executive
Job Description
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the company’s real estate projects and brand promotion.
Plan and manage online campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to generate qualified leads for apartment/land sales.
Optimize website content
Coordinate with the design team to create engaging visual content for social media and project advertisements.
Research market trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector to develop effective marketing strategies.
Manage Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for performance tracking and reporting.
Create, analyze, and maintain weekly performance reports (reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, ROI).
Collaborate with the sales and architectural design teams to align promotional content with project design and development goals.
Build client relationships and handle inquiries professionally to convert leads into long-term clients.
Track, measure, and report digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
Collaborate with content, design, and technical teams to align marketing strategies.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 40 years
Must have a clear understanding of digital lead generation and retargeting strategies for property sales.
Knowledge of content creation for luxury apartments, fair-face buildings, and modern design projects.
Strong analytical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
