Job Description

Brand Management

  • Assist in developing and implementing brand plans and marketing strategies.

  • Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.

  • Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all communication materials.

Campaign Management

  • Coordinate ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing campaigns.

  • Execute promotional activities, consumer offers, and trade activation programs.

  • Support event management, sponsorships, fairs, and brand activation initiatives.

Product Management

  • Coordinate new product launches and packaging development projects.

  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams.

  • Monitor product availability and promotional stock requirements.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with creative agencies and digital marketing partners.

  • Review social media content, campaign creatives, and communication materials.

  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market visits and collect consumer insights.

  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

  • Prepare market intelligence reports and recommendations.

Budget Management

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring brand budgets.

  • Process vendor bills, quotations, and marketing expenses.

  • Ensure marketing activities are executed within approved budgets.

Reporting

  • Prepare monthly brand performance reports.

  • Track campaign KPIs and ROI.

  • Maintain records of marketing activities and expenditures.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
