Position Title: Relationship Executive

• Job Location: All Branches (Anywhere in Bangladesh)

Key Responsibilities:

• Survey markets to identify business opportunities among CMSME enterprises.
• Reach out to CMSME clients - new prospects and existing customers offer banking and loan/financing products tailored to their needs. to
• Assess credit-worthiness of potential CMSME borrowers and process loan applications (especially collateral-free CMSME financing).
• Maintain and manage relationships with CMSME customers and other stakeholders, ensuring good customer service and support.
• Meet individual sales and collection targets (e.g. loan disbursement, deposit mobilization, repayments, etc.) as assigned by the bank.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with bank policies, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines when dealing with CMSME clients.
• Possibly handle field work, including visiting clients or potential clients (especially in rural or under-banked areas), because many CMSME clients are outside major urban centers.

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Age 23 to 32 years

• Fresher’s are encourage to apply.

• Ability to drive Motorcycle is preferable.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
