Job Description
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals following the vision and direction of the Principal Architect.
- Design and plan residential, commercial, landscape and exterior projects.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, client presentations, architectural drawings, working drawings, construction drawings and detailing packages.
- Develop practical and buildable design solutions using locally available materials and finishes.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and execution teams.
- Conduct site visits, assist in project supervision and ensure proper execution according to design intent.
- Prepare project documentation, specifications, BOQ and design-related reports when required.
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and design solutions relevant to project requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the team and maintain effective communication throughout design and execution.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
Education
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
