Assist Depot in charge of preparing and managing the distribution plan of all Danish products which ensures regular stock-refilling at depots, and follow up with distributors for confirmation of goods received.

Receive stocks from CDC and prepare delivery orders for processing daily.

Preparation of SKU-wise daily stocks /sales statement, monthly stocks/sales statement, monthly reconciliation of stocks, sales return (damage) statements and adjustment of damaged stocks on a monthly basis.

Assist in making arrangements for the return trip of the covered vans from the depot to the different points of the surrounding Factory.

Make sure all sorts of bills related to depot, transport providers and distributors are properly verified.

Assist in ensuring economic use and proper maintenance of company vehicles, identify problems in the carrying process and drive corrective action for smooth operation.

Ensure timely input of all the information related to Depot activities in the online application.

Maintain close liaison with all stakeholders - Finance & Accounts, VAT, TMD, Transport and Dealers.

Ensure proper communication is maintained with distributors by email and telephone

Ensure stock control systems are up to date and inventories are accurate;

Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met

Prepare regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Comply with all company policies, procedures, business ethics, codes of conduct, and ensures that they are timely communicated and properly implemented within the team

Perform any other task as assigned time to time by the Management
