Job Description
- Oversee and manage all daily café operations with precision and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to uphold premium service standards
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience
- Monitor sales performance, budgeting, inventory, and cost control
- Maintain superior hygiene, visual merchandising, and operational discipline
- Handle customer relations with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, ISP, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
Education
- Diploma in Culinary Art
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 38 years
- 5–10 years of proven experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
- Prior experience in a premium café or international brand environment is highly preferred
