Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all daily café operations with precision and efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to uphold premium service standards
  • Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience
  • Monitor sales performance, budgeting, inventory, and cost control
  • Maintain superior hygiene, visual merchandising, and operational discipline
  • Handle customer relations with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management

Experience

Education

    • Diploma in Culinary Art
    • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 38 years
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
  • Prior experience in a premium café or international brand environment is highly preferred
