Job Context

• Complete all the work from start to finish (End-to-end) of visa applications of various countries.
• Verify and prepare the necessary legal and travel related documents with utmost precision.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple visa applications under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Stay up-to-date on the current rules and requirements of the Embassy.
• Good negotiation skills with travel agents and service providers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Design the necessary forms and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or Canva

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup, Airport Service

• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Age 22 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Documentation: Overseeing file reception and initial documentation process.
• Visa Guidance: Providing expert advice to clients on international travel and various categories of visas.
• Accuracy Assurance: Coordinating with embassies and ensuring 100% accuracy in applications.
• Client Support: Providing clients with a clear understanding of visa requirements, fees and processing times.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining client records and reports using company software.
• Strong knowledge of international visa procedures (Schengen, UK, USA, Middle East, Asia, etc.).
