Job Description
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, preparing Appointment Letter, Joining Letter, and conducting background checks, Joining and On-boarding, Orientation.
Communication with production staffs to meet the manpower related requirements.
Maintain HR payroll/databases and ensure accuracy in personnel records.
Providing leave application and filing.
Correct mis-punch for daily attendance.
Collect daily attendance sheets and monitor late and absenteeism.
Drafting show cause letters, letter sending and disciplinary processes.
Managing employee separation processes, checking and verify resignation and conducting exit interviews.
Reduce absenteeism and migration employee through closely monitoring floor wise Manpower and build a good relation.
Managing any urgent and critical situations within workers and line supervisors if any when required.
Any other daily tasks assigned by the superior and Management.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 30 years
Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Bangladesh LaborRules-2015 and all Amendments.
Good Knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office- word, Ex-cell.
Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
