Job Description
- Lead overall business operations and strategic planning of the company in Bangladesh.
- Develop business opportunities and maintain relationships with buyers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Supervise operations including production, sourcing, and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with Japanese Head Office and ensure smooth business communication.
- Ensure business growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Experience
- 15 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Economics
Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 60 years
- Only Male
- Experience in Japanese company environment will be preferred.
- Good communication skill in Japanese & English is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple business operations independently.
- Sound knowledge of garments/textile industry and international trade.
