Professional design experience in designing residential large -scale projects

Prepare detailed measurement, drawings, layout sing AutoCAD and other relevant software.

Create designs and working drawings for architectural and interior projects, including realistic 3D models and visualizations.

Lead and supervise engineering teams to ensure project targets are achieved.

Monitor project quality, budget, timelines, and compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.

Ensure efficient utilization of resources and continuous process improvement.

Prepare cost estimates and ensure strategic decision meet safety, sustainability and quality standards.

Select materials, furniture, finishes and other design elements that align with projects aesthetics and budget.

Prepare architecture RAJUK plans and ensure compliance with local regulation .  

Knowledge of AutoCAD ,2D ,3D, SketchUp and related programs is essential.        

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in architectural and interior design projects.        

Excellent project management and coordination skill.       

In-depth knowledge of construction management, site planning and design execution.

Exceptional communication, leadership and problem -solving abilities.
