Visa Consultant

Job Context:

We are a reputed Tour Consultant firm providing end-to-end support for overseas Tourist visa processing.

The candidate must be client-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client cases simultaneously. Candidates must be willing to work as part of a dynamic team and uphold company values.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in visa consultancy or overseas education services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultancy services to clients regarding visa applications for tourism purposes.

• Assess client profiles and guide them on the appropriate visa category and destination country.

• Assist clients with the preparation and verification of necessary documentation.

• Stay updated with immigration laws, rules, and policy changes of different countries and advise clients accordingly.

• Help clients complete visa application forms and manage application submissions.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide support in case of visa refusals by advising on possible solutions or reapplication processes.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.

• Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and maintain service standards.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup, Airport Service
