Job Description
✓ Student Case Management
Manage complete student applications from initial intake through to university enrollment.
Maintain accurate and detailed case files, including visa and admission documentation.
Track application progress and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
Follow up with students to collect missing documents and meet important deadlines.
✓ Client Communication & Support
Conduct initial consultations to understand students’ academic goals and needs.
Provide regular updates to students and parents throughout the application process.
Respond to student queries promptly, professionally, and effectively.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students and families.
✓ University & Documentation Coordination
Act as a liaison between students, universities, and visa authorities.
Prepare and organize Pre-CAS and Post-CAS documentation accurately.
Arrange mock interviews and provide interview coaching for students.
Monitor Pre-CAS deadlines and ensure all submissions are completed on time.
✓ Administrative & Record Management
Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
Update student databases with accurate progress and status information.
Prepare reports on case completion rates and student outcomes.
Generate official documentation for student files and university communication.
✓ Quality Assurance
Ensure all processes comply with company policies and international standards.
Identify and resolve case-related issues proactively and efficiently.
Provide constructive feedback to improve service quality and operations.
Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure secure handling of student data.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience: 1–2 years in student counseling, case management, or customer service
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, email management, and database systems
Key Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Customer-focused approach with patience and empathy
