Responsible for smooth operation and mechanical maintenance of all printing machines including Oval Printing, Digital Printing, DTF Printing, Auto Run Dryer, Heat Press, curing and related equipment.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues of printing machines, dryers and heat press systems during production.
Maintain machine setup, alignment, temperature, pressure and operational efficiency for consistent print quality.
Manage spare parts, maintenance tools and ensure timely repair of faulty equipment.
Sound knowledge of installation, commissioning and modification of printing machinery.
Ensure proper mechanical safety of heat press machines and production lines.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to reduce defects, wastage and machine related issues.
Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown history and machine performance reports.
Audit & Compliance knowledge like RSC and Nirapon safety audits.
Report machine related issues and maintenance updates to senior management in a timely manner.

Preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Trouble shooting mechanical faults in auto printing machines.
