Job Description
Applicant must have vast knowledge about Layout plan & costing (CM) determination.
Applicant must have knowledge about reporting on thread consumption and proper resource optimization.
Layout paper provide to Floor In charge/APM and discuss with them about styling.
Feeding the sewing line according to OB
Skill matrix update once in six month or when needed
To Check Operation Bulletin (OB) and provide Line before layout.
Set Daily Line Target According to Manpower & SMV
Doing Method study and educate to follow the best method to operators
Doing capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts Co-ordination with Senior for Improvement Idea.
Measuring line lost hours due to various reasons in sewing floor
Solved bottleneck area by line balancing
Monitoring and Line balancing – Based on Capacity and WIP in the line
To help supervisors in line balancing during high operator absenteeism
New recruited operator assessment
Root Cause Analysis for Low Productivity
Reduce Operator Vs Helper Ratio
To Increase Efficiency Level

Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
