Job Description

Support recruitment and selection, including job posting, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.

Assist in onboarding, orientation, and employee induction programs.

Maintain employee records, HR database, and personal files with accuracy and confidentiality.

Manage attendance and leave records, and support related reporting and documentation.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.

Support performance management, employee evaluations, and HR policy implementation.

Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Support training, development, and employee engagement activities.

Assist in expatriate and foreign national management, including E-Visa, work permits, security clearance, and documentation submission to BIDA, NSI, SB, Immigration, and other authorities.

Coordinate with embassies, government offices, and banks, and perform outside visits for official HR and expatriate-related work when required.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and related documentation.

Perform any other duties assigned by management or administration.

Education

  • MBA in HRM or related field is required

  • BBA in HRM or related discipline is preferred

  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be considered an added advantage

  • Additional HR training or professional certifications will be an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas (SUM, IF), sorting, and filtering

  • Ability to prepare simple HR reports, attendance sheets, and leave tracking using Excel

  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with HR software / HRIS will be considered an added advantage

  • Basic knowledge of data management, record keeping, and digital filing systems

  • Ability to work with accuracy in spreadsheets and maintain organized records

  • Any additional technical skills (advanced Excel, reporting tools, or HR systems) will be an added advantage

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality
