Merchandiser / Sr. Merchandiser

Bengal Hurricane Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our Knit Garments team. We are seeking a proactive professional who can independently manage orders from development to shipment while ensuring smooth coordination with buyers and internal departments.

• Handle bulk order follow-up and execution.
• Coordinate with production, planning, sourcing, quality, and commercial teams.
• Monitor order status to ensure on-time shipment.
• Follow up on raw materials, trims, accessories, and production progress.
• Maintain effective communication with buyers regarding order updates.
• Prepare and review T&A calendars and shipment schedules.
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company standards.

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At least 25 years

• Graduation from renowned company will get preference.

• Strong knowledge of merchandising operations, bulk production follow-up, shipment management, and buyer communication.

• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes and critical path management.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
