Job Description

  • Target Achievement: Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved across both stores.
  • Team Supervision: Monitor the daily activities of the sales team and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and implement effective initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Store Display & Presentation: Maintain attractive and professional store displays and product presentations that encourage customer engagement and purchasing.
  • Stock Management & Reporting: Ensure proper inventory management, monitor stock levels, and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
  • Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and execute sales growth strategies, promotional activities, and action plans to increase store revenue and profitability.
  • New outlet: New outlet search

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Online Retail Startup

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
