Job Description
- Target Achievement: Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved across both stores.
- Team Supervision: Monitor the daily activities of the sales team and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
- Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and implement effective initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Store Display & Presentation: Maintain attractive and professional store displays and product presentations that encourage customer engagement and purchasing.
- Stock Management & Reporting: Ensure proper inventory management, monitor stock levels, and prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
- Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and execute sales growth strategies, promotional activities, and action plans to increase store revenue and profitability.
- New outlet: New outlet search
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Online Retail Startup
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
