Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (Transport)
Job Description
Implementation of the approval transport policy.
Propose improvements in the existing transport Management and Maintenance System.
Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
Ensure that the maintenance, fuel loading and servicing schedule of the vehicles are followed.
Strictly act upon the CNG/ petrol/ diesel filling mechanism.
Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
Maintain duty roasters of drivers.
Arrange for re-training and re-certification of drivers and registration and re- certifications of vehicles.
Process Registration works of new vehicle and Renewal of Tax Token/Fitness/Insurance of all vehicles.
Ensure feedback on performance of drivers after evaluation.
Liaison with external agencies, including police, municipalities, corporations, and repair workshops, and coordinate with transport providers to ensure efficient vehicle management.
Maintain vehicle log sheets and submit regular, comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on fuel usage, maintenance, and vehicle performance to management.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Automobile, Transport Service, Transportation
Education
- Diploma in Automobile

- Age 28 to 35 years
- Only Male
- The candidate must be smart, dedicated, and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the task assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, confident, strong analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
- Good command in Computer Operating, especially MS Word, Excel, Power point, Office Outlook & Internet.
