Senior Officer, Organizational Development
Job Description
Monitor and analyze employee and departmental productivity to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Manage and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to support employee development and performance enhancement.
Develop and implement productivity improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Track and review action plans to ensure timely execution and achievement of desired outcomes.
Implement and maintain the organization's OKR framework and performance cycle.
Coordinate OKR alignment across departments to ensure strategic goal integration.
Prepare and present periodic OKR and performance reports to management.
Manage the annual performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
Support salary review, increment, and promotion decisions through performance analysis.
Maintain performance data and generate HR analytics for informed decision-making.
Coordinate final settlement documentation and employee clearance processes.
Conduct periodical market visit to get proper insight.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Lamps
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Performance Management, HR Analytics, or Organizational Development.
