Job Description
Deliver Lessons: Conduct theoretical lectures and hands-on practical classes in electrical engineering subjects
Lesson Planning: Prepare detailed lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in accordance with BTEB.
Student Evaluation: Assess student performance through CT, QT, Mid term examinations and practical evaluations.
Safety Protocol: Enforce strict safety regulations in workshops and laboratories to prevent electrical hazards.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical training equipment and tools to ensure they are in working condition.
Resource Management: Manage inventory for classroom and lab supplies, promptly communicating needs to the administration.
Mentorship: Provide academic and career counseling, guiding students on industrial placements and career options.
Progress Tracking: Monitor attendance, maintain accurate grade records, and communicate with guardians when necessary.
Project Guidance: Supervise students in developing capstone projects and practical prototypes.
Board Compliance: Prepare and maintain necessary institutional and examination documents.
Industry Collaboration: Engage with local business enterprises and industries to organize field visits, internships, and placement opportunities.
Professional Development: Stay updated with emerging electrical technologies and modern teaching methodologies.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
