Job Description

  • Greet walk-in clients professionally and ensure a welcoming front desk experience

  • Receive incoming phone calls and forward to the appropriate departments

  • Record client information such as name, contact number, and service interest

  • Provide basic information regarding visa, ticketing, and travel services

  • Handle routine administrative tasks and maintain visitor logs

  • Manage daily office files and basic computer entries

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

  • Ensure follow-up for missed inquiries or visitors

  • Support internal communication between departments when needed

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Multinational Companies, Hotel, Airline, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Overseas Companies, Call Center, Immigration/Visa Processing, Airport Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Must be smart, well-groomed, polite, and professionally presentable.

  • Punctual, responsible, and friendly in client handling.

  • Previous experience in any receptionist, front desk, or admin role is a plus.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced office environment
