Job Description

  • Ensure recruitment, selection & placement of required workers & non-management staffs as per approved HR Policy.

  • Streamline manpower planning & budgeting procedure. Execute overall factory operations and HR & Compliance related activities.

  • Assist Management for effective execution of Compliance functions of the factory.      

  • Develop strategic policies and procedures for HR and compliance.      

  • Ensure compliance with buyers` code of conduct within factory premises.

  • Foster excellent industrial relations among workers, floor staff, and top management.  

  • Smoothly managing the Payroll operation.     

  • Oversee all aspects of compliance for smooth operations in store, production, and staff management, providing constructive feedback on performance.

  • Prepare monthly HR Functional plan and always pursuing of Betterment.

  • Ensure the safety and security, compliance and welfare of the factory.      

  • Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, General Security Verification Audit & QMS/Technical Audit) and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline.

  • Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure existing firefighting arrangements in the factory comply with all legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with management to take necessary remedial actions when needed.      

  • Ensure administrative and logistics support for uninterrupted administrative operation, production and shipment delivery.      

  • Clear concept on team management and development.

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • PGD in HRM will add value.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 32 years
  • Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.     

  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame. 

  • Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.     

  • Possess extensive knowledge of BLL 2006, pertinent local regulations, Buyer Codes of Conduct, electrical, fire safety, and building safety audits, as well as BNBC and NFPA standards.     

  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and strategic thinking capabilities.    

  • Uphold positive work ethics and a results-oriented approach towards assigned responsibilities.
