Job Description
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about company services.
- Schedule and manage appointments for student consultations.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
- Collect and organize student information and application files.
- Respond to emails, messages, and social media inquiries.
- Assist with daily administrative and office tasks.
- Receive, verify, and forward documents to the appropriate department.
- Provide information about study abroad opportunities, student visas, and IELTS services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Perform data entry and prepare basic reports when required.
- Coordinate meetings and manage office schedules.
- Support the counseling team with student registration and follow-up activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Higher Secondary
- Minimum HSC/A-Level or Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing).
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 35 years
- Only Female
- Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a consultancy, educational institution, or customer service role will be an advantage.
