Job Description
GolfHouse Holdings is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our HR & Admin Department as an Executive, People & Culture, who will play a key role in supporting HR operations and coordinating event management activities for the organization. This position requires someone who can multitask, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to smooth administrative and event-related operations.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
Support daily store operations and manage inventory.
Maintain the store ledger systematically and update system data.
Maintain HR records, personnel files, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate administrative activities such as office maintenance, procurement, and logistics.
Assist in communication with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
Coordinate event management and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Event Management, Newspaper/Magazine
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Huaman Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in PiHR.
