Job Description

Key Deliverables

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations in line with production and repackaging plans.
  • Maintain product quality standards through adherence to SOPs and quality control requirements.
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and processing of pesticides and agrochemicals.
  • Support timely completion of production, packaging, and dispatch schedules.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, inventory data, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operation of the pesticide processing and repackaging facility.
  •  Monitor production and packaging activities to ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of pesticides, chemicals, and packaging materials.
  • Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for factory operations.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control personnel to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct routine checks on machinery, equipment, and utilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods and report replenishment requirements.
  • Maintain operational records, production logs, inventory reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure packaging quality, labeling accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Support implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies within the factory.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pesticide handling and factory operations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth material flow and product dispatch.
  • Assist in identifying operational improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Supervise factory workers and contract labor to ensure discipline, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for the Factory Head.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Education

    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Agriculture
    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 24 years
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pesticide factory operations.
  • Experience in pesticide processing, formulation, packaging, or repackaging operations will be preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of pesticide handling, factory safety practices, and operational compliance is required.

Required Skill Set

  • Good knowledge of pesticide manufacturing, handling, and storage practices.
  • Understanding of factory operations, production processes, and packaging activities.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and operational documentation.
  • Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to agrochemicals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and factory reporting systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
