Job Description
- Provide comprehensive counseling and guidance to students regarding international education opportunities.
- Conduct regular lead follow-ups through phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and clients.
- Advise students on university admission requirements, application procedures, and program selection.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including application submission, documentation, offer acceptance, and visa processing.
- Assist students in preparing required documents such as SOPs, financial documents, and visa-related paperwork.
- Possess excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive, dynamic, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure in a target-oriented environment.
- Stay updated with international education trends, university policies, visa regulations, and immigration changes.
- Ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously while maintaining service quality and professionalism.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other office productivity tools.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with international education systems, admission processes, and major study destinations such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe, and other popular destinations.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to delivering exceptional student service.
- Knowledge and experience in Student Visa Counseling for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online application portals.
