Job Description
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Promote and explain products or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Generate leads through calls, visits, referrals, and networking.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Service Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide after-sales support and guidance.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process service requests, account updates, or product-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer problems.
Experience
- At most 1 year
Education
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
