Job Description

One Career Global is an international education, migration, and student services company with offices across Australia, Bangladesh, and the Philippines. We assist students and professionals in achieving their global education and migration goals through trusted advice, ethical practices, and exceptional service.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Bangladesh office and ensure smooth administrative processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and documentation.
  • Maintain employee, client, and company records.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Assist with HR administration, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support finance with invoices, payments, and document management.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries.
  • Ensure office supplies and facilities are properly maintained.

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 28 years
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
