Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern – Research & Advisory to support our research and consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about research, data analysis, and development-focused advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and summarize key findings
• Support the design of research tools such as surveys, questionnaires, and interview guides
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Assist in fieldwork or remote data collection as required
• Collaborate with senior researchers in preparing reports and project deliverables
• Provide administrative and operational support to the research team 

Location: Dhaka (Banani)

Duration: 4 – 6 Months

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
• Master of Development Studies (MDS)

• Bachelor’s (Honors) or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, or related discipline

• Age 24 to 28 years

• Required Qualifications
• Strong interest in research, policy analysis, and data-driven work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with statistical software (SPSS, Stata, or R) will be an advantage
• Academic research experience, including thesis work, is required

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional research setting
