Production Officer, Jute Division

• Supervise daily weaving operations, including loom running, tie-ups, and fabric quality checks.

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth workflow

• Plan and coordinate production activities with Mechanical and Electrical teams

• Optimize machine and manpower utilization across the production floor

• Monitor production progress and ensure timely achievement of targets

• Identify and resolve production issues to maintain quality standards

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Prepare reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams

• Train and guide operators to improve performance and productivity

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production
• Bangladesh University of Textiles,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination ability

• Leadership capability with a proactive mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
