Sr. Executive - Sales
Job Description
Identify and generate potential leads through various sales and marketing channels.
Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Arrange and conduct site visits and property presentations.
Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, payment plans, and project features.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales.
Negotiate sales agreements and close property deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
Assist customers with documentation and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Property Management & Preservation Services
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Experience in sales in Bashundhora and Jolshiri will be preferred.
