Territory Sales Officer
Job Description
Achieve sales target within the assigned territory.
Plan, forecast and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target.
Regularly visit Dealer/Engineer/Mason/Contractor and potential customer to generate demand of KSRM products.
Find out potential customer & maximize sale within the assigned territory.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
Attend the customer complain and resolve immediately.
Ensuring the result oriented visit and emphasize customer satisfaction.
Proper use of Marketing promotional items & find out the branding opportunity in assigned territory.
Organize event management like seminar, Engineer/ Mason meet program, Dealer meet program etc.
Any other task assign by the management from time to time.
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel
Education
- MBA / Masters from any reputed University/ Institute.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
Applicant should have SMART & hardworking ability.
Willingly travel extensively over the country as required.
Effective communication & Negotiation skills is required.
Well conversant with MS Office.
Must have excellent Communication Skill in English & Bengali
Local / within territory & Steel Industry Experiences Candidate will be given preference.
Preference will be given to applicants who have own Motorcycle.
