Position: Marketing & Student Counselor Executive
Job Context
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and motivated Marketing & Student Counselor Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting educational programs, counseling prospective students, managing digital marketing activities, and driving student enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with students and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional counseling and guidance to prospective students regarding educational opportunities, study destinations, and available programs.
Respond to inquiries promptly and effectively convert leads into successful enrollments.
Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Manage and maintain social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to achieve enrollment and business growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, clients, educational institutions, and business partners.
Prepare regular marketing, lead generation, and enrollment performance reports for management review.
Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets as well as marketing KPIs established by the organization.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and digital marketing best practices.
Perform additional marketing and promotional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Previous experience in the Education Consultancy sector will be considered an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and online advertising platforms.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
