Job Description
- Floor-Level Leadership: Serve as the strategic head and ultimate decision-maker for all quality-related issues on an assigned production floor of 7 lines, overseeing operations from cut-to-ship.
- Process Compliance: Formulate, implement, and strictly enforce structural inspection workflows (In-line, End-line, and Final audits) in compliance with international standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Track and analyze daily defect metrics (DHU/rejection rates). Promptly conduct root-cause analysis for any deviations and implement robust corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Buyer Liaison: Actively interface with brand-appointed Quality Assurance inspectors and third-party auditors during final inspections to guarantee a 100% first-time pass rate.
- Pre-Production Planning: Participate in Pre-Production (PP) and pilot-run meetings to proactively identify layout, construction, or fabric risks and collaborate with the technical and production teams.
- Team Development: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Floor Quality Supervisors, Line QCs, and auditors. Conduct routine training on brand standard manuals, sewing parameters, and technical specs.
Experience
- 10 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Woven Manufacturing
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 55 years
- Only Male
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and professional English (written & spoken).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
