Receptionist
Job Description
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic flow.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
Provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.
Guide patients through the test preparation process Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient experience.
Generate and process patient bills accurately and efficiently
Collect and process patient payments, including cash, credit card, and online transactions.
Assure that patient information records are appropriately filled.
Record payments received to appropriate log.
Post payments received to appropriate patient`s account.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage accounts receivable.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber, Healthcare Startup
Education
- HSC
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in the Hospital sector.
- Additional Requirements Experience in a medical office or hospital environment.
- Must know about the computer and typing speed, Bangla 20 words, and English 30 words per minute
- Looking smart
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong knowledge of billing and front desk systems
- Computer & Software operating is mandatory.
